Our Community Resource Support (CRS) Specialist will collaborate with you to complete applications for assistance, assist with phone calls to local and/or state-wide resources, and help you advocate for yourself and your family.

Our online FACT Book is our local community resource guide for those living in  Peterborough, Sharon, Greenfield, Temple, Dublin, Jaffrey, Rindge, New Ipswich, Mason, Greenville and surrounding towns.
