How to Make a Gift

One-Time Donations

One-time donations can be made through various platforms including online donation forms or by mail.

Pay by check: Checks should be made out to "The River Center." In the check's memo section, please note whether the gift is in honor or memory of someone. Mail donations to:

Recurring Donations

Making a monthly donation is an easy way to provide us with steady income throughout the year. This can be done in the following ways:​​

• Set up automatic payments through your bank account. Procedures vary depending on which bank you use so contact your bank if you need assistance.

Planned Giving

Please remember The River Center in your will or trust. You can also name The River Center as a beneficiary for an IRA, retirement fund or life insurance policy by contacting the administrator of the account and indicating an amount or percentage to be designated.

Donor-Advised Funds

These funds allow you to make tax-deductible gifts and then recommend grants to nonprofits over time, providing flexibility and control over your charitable giving. Fill out the Contact Form below for more information.

IRA Distributions

If you are over 70 1/2 years in age and taking a Required Minimum Distribution from your IRA, you can direct all or part of it to The River Center to be excluded from taxable income. Contact your plan administrator for assistance.
